The Cambrian Village Trust (CVT) was set up in 2001 with the original aim of offering football opportunities to young people in our area.
Now, CVT runs an amazing community café (Cambrian Lakeside Café Bar), considered by locals to be the heart of the community, and offers many activities for a wealth of community groups including:
A programme of leisure activities and outdoor learning for adults with learning disabilities.
A health and well-being programme catering for several groups including men over 50; young women; people living with anxiety and depression.
People with physical and sensory impairments; young people with autism and young carers and many outdoor learning sessions for schools.
CVT has worked in partnership with a number of organisations to bring about long-term change in the area of health and wellbeing, active communities; outdoor education and the environment.
